PARTYING & FASHION

Yesterday was such a long day.  I got off work early and was able to run a few errands (shopping) and hang out with Roy for little while. Earlier in the week he told me about these ridiculous earrings that he saved for me at his job. We can't figure out what the hell they are but there insanely huge and obnoxious. To wear both of them I think would be too much but I think I can definitely work one of them.  He debuted them for our mini shoot and wore them all night.

It was our first hint of Fall in Dallas yesterday, so I brought out some vintage leather pants I rarely get to wear.

I love these because there high waisted and perfect for my cropped tops. The shirt and shoes are from  Forever 21 and the belt is Cartier. Our friend Jacorie was generous and gave me these very cool, vintage cat-eye sunglasses. The color is beautiful and the shape is perfect!

Erykah and Charity joined us later in evening and we all went to some loft party in Deep Elum.

The loft was cool, but the music was better. They were playing a little bit of Wutang, Busta, and some Madonna. Deep Elum is a dope place to hang around in Dallas. The grungy bars and loft spaces remind me of Wicker Park in Chicago. Erykah's jacket is BCBG which I have in grey. It's a perfect lightweight jacket for fall. The shoulder "trend" is at its peak so this was a good medium.

We both had on our Alexander Wang shoes, hers from Spring '10 and mine from Fall '09. She wore her old Levi cut-offs, American Apparel tank and her A. Wang Rocco bag. Her Jewelry is piled to the top and is vintage. I wore thrifted suede, high-waisted pants, vintage Moschino Belt, vintage tee and of coursemy Louis bag.

P.S. Im really not this much of a label whore ;)
