I cant believe its already the 4th of July! Were half way done with 2010. It's crazy how time flies when your having fun (no pun intended). With a little motivation, Me and the girls put on our Sunday's best and went to hear the word of Bishop T.D. Jakes at the Potter's House. He is such an inspirational speaker. He definitely gave that little extra boost of confidence to continue on my week. Since the Potter's House is not your conventional church, you have some leniency on what you can wear. Since I was little girl, I've always been raised to dress up for church. MAMA AINT RAISE NO FOOL :) Since it was the 4th of July, I wanted to pay homage to holiday. This dress was love at first sight.
It's a 40's silk printed dress. I found it at FEATHERS BOUTIQUE during my trip to Austin for SXSW. I love the nutcracker print on the dress. Its a cross between Prada and Lucille Ball.
I hate "implied" looks but I could resist this dress to wear for the 4th.
I wore one of my favorite clutches, which was given to me by Erykah's mom. Its a handmade, raw python clutch from Nigeria. Erykah has few in different skins, which I sure she will be posting! Im also wearing my House of Harlow ring, which btw I have yet to take off my hands.

I love my Alaia knockoffs from Zara!

HAPPY FOURTH!!!!
